At Clear Health™, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent experience for every patient. If you are seeking a refund for any reason, please contact us at support@helloclearhealth.com.

Refunds cannot be processed without written notice to our support team.

Telemedicine Evaluation Fees:

If you are deemed ineligible for any treatment following review by your assigned dermatologist, your telemedicine evaluation fee will be fully refunded. Once you are approved for treatment, evaluation fees become non-refundable.

Prescription Medications:

Due to federal regulations, our partner pharmacies are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, even if unused. If a delay or fulfillment issue has impacted your ability to receive or use your prescription, please contact us so we can review your case. Any unused medication should be safely disposed of at a local pharmacy. However, in limited situations—such as prescription delays or administrative errors—we may consider partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted via email.

Non-Prescription Skincare Products:

Unopened, non-prescription skincare products may be returned for a full refund if they are in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Return instructions and the appropriate mailing address will be provided by our support team upon request. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Subscription Add-On Order Cancellations:

To be eligible for a refund, subscription orders must be canceled within 48 hours of processing. After this window, refunds are no longer available unless an error occurred with your order. If you believe a mistake was made, contact us right away so we can help.

6-Month Telemedicine Plan (Isotretinoin/Generic Accutane):

If you choose to cancel your prepaid plan early, a $50 cancellation fee (early cancellation fee) will apply. If you are deemed ineligible for Isotretinoin, you may choose to apply the full value of your plan toward an alternative treatment recommended by your provider or request a partial refund

Any remaining balance after subtracting the early cancellation fee will be prorated based on the unutilized consultations left in the plan and refunded to your original payment method. For example, if you request a refund and have already used two consultations, your refund will be calculated as follows: $275 - (2 x $45.83) - $50 = $133.34.

Please note that this plan covers evaluation fees only and does not include the cost of medication.

Monthly Microdose Subscription:

Patients enrolled in the Monthly Microdose Subscription are billed $109 each month. This charge is processed on a scheduled date, which is visible in your Subscriptions tab. You will also receive an email notification prior to each billing cycle. If applicable, any unused portion of your payment may be stored as account credit in your Clear Health™ Wallet for future use.

By enrolling, you agree to a minimum 6-month subscription commitment. Canceling before completing the minimum term will incur a $25 early cancellation fee, unless treatment is discontinued by our provider for medical reasons.

Once the 6-month minimum is completed, you may cancel at any time by contacting our team. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must notify us before your scheduled billing date. If a cancellation request is submitted after a charge is processed, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

The cancellation fee may be deducted from any remaining account credits or charged to your payment method if no credits are available. Written refund requests received more than 24 hours after billing will not be considered.

3-Month, 6-Month & 12-Month Subscription (Micro-dose Accutane Protocol):

If you choose to cancel your prepaid plan early, a $50 cancellation fee (early cancellation fee) will apply. Any refund due will be prorated based on the number of unused months remaining in your plan and refunded to your original payment method.

For example:

  • If you cancel a 3-Month Subcription after using 2 months, your refund will be calculated as follows:
    $295 - (2 x $98.33) - $50 = $48.34
  • If you cancel a 6-Month Subcription after using 2 months, your refund will be calculated as follows:
    $559 - (2 x $93.17) - $50 = $322.66
  • If you cancel a 12-Month Subcription after using 2 months, your refund will be calculated as follows:
    $1079 - (2 x $89.92) - $50 = $849.16

Please note that these subscriptions include both consultation fees and the cost of medication.

Clear® Bundle with Affirm Financing:

Refund eligibility for patients using Affirm financing will depend on the terms of your individual agreement. If you wish to cancel or request a refund for a Clear® Bundle financed through Affirm, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your plan so we can review your situation and assist with next steps.
