Like so many others, I spent years in my late teens and twenties going through the acne treatment gauntlet — trying countless OTC products, restrictive diets, and internet skincare fads in search of clearer skin.

The hardest part wasn’t just the acne itself, but the toll it took on my confidence. Especially as I got older, it felt like everyone around me had moved on from it while I was still stuck navigating the same frustrating cycle of trial and error.

Clear Health was born from that experience.
