I recently caught up with Clear Health medical director Dr. Aaron Farberg to chat about acne, Accutane, The Clear Health Microdose Protocol and more in the first episode of the Pore Decisions podcast!
About Dr. Aaron Farberg:
Dr. Aaron S. Farberg is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon specializing in skin cancer, inflammatory skin conditions, and cosmetic dermatology. A summa cum laude graduate of Emory University, he earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan and went on to complete advanced training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, and clinical research in both Michigan and New York.
Dr. Farberg completed his dermatology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he served as chief resident. His commitment to advancing dermatologic care extends beyond the clinic - he has been a principal investigator in multiple clinical trials, including FDA studies, and has published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. He currently serves on the editorial boards of Dermatology & Therapy and SKIN.
A recognized leader in the field, Dr. Farberg has been named one of the top dermatologists in the country, most recently ranked by his peers in Newsweek as the #1 medical dermatologist in Texas and #6 nationwide. He is also the founder of the Dermatology Science and Research Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on expanding dermatology education and access.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Farberg has served as a consultant dermatologist for professional sports organizations, including the New York Yankees.
